CREMS' Lead Medics

Picture

(l-r) Carol Monk, Savannah-Marie Gregory, and Natalie George

Copper River EMS is happy to introduce our trio of LOCAL full-time Advanced Life Support Lead Medics. Carol is a locally trained Paramedic who lives in Glennallen, Savannah is a locally trained Advanced EMT who lives in Tazlina, and Natalie is a Paramedic who has trained and worked in Texas, the Mat-Su Borough, and with LifeMed Alaska before moving to Kenny Lake where she now lives with her family.

Carol, Natalie and Savannah will rotate 7 days, 4 days, and 4 days respectively as the on-duty Lead Medic so that one of them is available 24/7/365 to respond to medical emergencies throughout the service area.

There are many benefits to having LOCAL Lead Medics who live in the Copper River Region!  We are truly blessed to have enough qualified advanced level medics to be fully staffed with our lead medics and volunteers all being local residents.

In addition to being a Lead Medic, Carol will also coordinate the maintenance of CREMS ambulances and equipment, Savannah will continue her role as CREMS Administrator, and Natalie will be lead instructor for our slate of upcoming EMS Certification courses.
